Mobile Fan Experience

Project Objective:
Develop a mobile, immersive fan experience for Game of Thrones enthusiasts worldwide, showcasing authentic costumes and props from the show in a compelling and memorable format.

Challenge:
Design a traveling exhibit that captured the essence of Game of Thrones’ distinct kingdoms and regions, allowing fans to feel transported to Westeros while maintaining mobility and adaptability across various event locations.

Solution:
Conceptualized and executed an immersive tour experience featuring vignettes that vividly represented key regions of Westeros. Each vignette combined large-scale graphics, thoughtfully arranged costumes, carefully curated props, and interactive elements. Fans journeyed through each kingdom, with scenes enriched by digital content and live activities to deepen their engagement. I collaborated closely with HBO and the show’s directors, adhering to strict creative guidelines to ensure the authenticity and integrity of each display. Designed key experiential elements for Game of Thrones fan meet-and-greet events in Chicago during the launch of the highly anticipated eighth season, coordinating every detail for a fully realized, multi-sensory experience.
