VIDEO PRODUCTION + DIRECTION

  • OBJECTIVE + CHALLENGE

Objective: Promote Career and Technical Education (CTE) organizations, events, and programs through a series of engaging videos to inspire student participation.

Challenge: Lead cross-functional teams and produce 19 videos to highlight various organizations and programs, each with a unique voice, to drive student engagement and encourage career preparedness.

  • SOLUTION

My goal was to amplify each organization’s message, creating dynamic, visually engaging videos that resonate with students. From initial concept to final cut, I led the creative direction, storyboarding, animation, and on-site execution for each video, ensuring a cohesive yet individualized approach for every piece. To align the team, I created detailed storyboards, communicated key shot types, and conducted pre-shoot briefings with visual examples and storytelling techniques tailored to each project. By focusing on clear visual storytelling and collaborative direction, we crafted a campaign that motivates students to explore and invest in their future careers.
